Prices:<\/strong>
All prices on this site exclude VAT which is added at the prevailing rate and at the billing stage.<\/p>\n

Price Changes and Product Update:<\/strong>
In line with our policy of continual product development, we reserve the right to update products and prices when necessary and without prior notification. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw products from the site.<\/p>\n

Carriage Charges:<\/strong>
\nApplicable if you’re a Distributor \u2013 all pricing includes freight to a UK mainland address with the exception of any order less than the value of \u00a3250.00 excluding VAT. Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of \u00a310.00 +VAT and \u00a315.00 admin fee.<\/p>\n

Delivery to Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge of \u00a315.00 +VAT and \u00a315.00 admin fee for any order less than the value of \u00a3250.00 excluding VAT.<\/p>\n

Delivery to Republic of Ireland will incur a delivery charge of \u00a340.00 +VAT and \u00a315.00 admin fee for any order less than the value of \u00a3250.00 excluding VAT.<\/p>\n

Charges for Orders over \u00a3250.00:<\/strong>
\nNo admin fee is added to any orders between the value of \u00a3250.00 +VAT up to \u00a3500.00 +VAT. There is no delivery charge or admin fee applied for orders over the value of \u00a3500.00 +VAT.<\/p>\n

Dangerous Goods:<\/strong>
\nWhere dangerous goods products are ordered, a dangerous goods surcharge will be added. For carriage charges to Highlands and Islands please contact our sales team on 0845 604 8280<\/strong> or sales@aerohealthcare.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

Proof of Delivery:<\/strong>
Proof of delivery is available on orders and is typically available free of charge. We reserve the right to pass on a surcharge if required. Please contact a member of our Customer Services Team using Contact Us<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Returns Policy – Undamaged or Unwanted Goods:<\/strong>
When returning goods, please obtain an authorisation number from Aero Healthcare Customer Service. Only returns authorised by Aero Healthcare will be credited. All returns will be subject to count and inspection upon receipt before the credit is processed.<\/p>\n

No claim will be recognised unless made in writing within 14 days of invoice date.<\/p>\n

All goods must be in the same condition that they were despatched from Aero Healthcare. No credit will be given on damaged goods.<\/p>\n

Returns Policy – Missing or Damaged Goods:<\/strong>
Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n

In cases where goods have been supplied correctly freight on the goods, as well as return freight, will be charged to the purchaser and deducted from the credit amount.<\/p>\n

Restocking Fees:<\/strong>
A collection charge of \u00a325.00 for picking up goods, plus a 20% restocking fee, will be applied based on the order value of the invoice for the goods being returned.<\/p>\n

Medicines and pharmaceutical products are non-returnable.<\/p>\n

Refund Policy:<\/strong>
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned must be returned within 14 days of notification of cancelation and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt or returned goods in accord with the returns clause above.<\/p>\n

Additional Notes:<\/strong>
Above delivery schedules is applicable if order is received before 13:00.<\/p>\n

Any purchase order received after 13:00 will require an additional day delivery time.<\/p>\n

All orders placed with Aero Healthcare and subsequent deliveries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.<\/p>\n

Aero Healthcare cannot be held responsible for factors outside its control regarding possible late delivery.<\/p>\n

Aero Healthcare commits to maintaining consistency of supply but in the unlikely event of on out of stock status of product, Aero Healthcare will offer the customer an alternative brand supplied at the Aero Healthcare quoted price.<\/p>\n

Medicines will only be supplied to correctly authorised and bone fide checked customers.<\/p>\n

Password Confidentiality:<\/strong>
Aero Healthcare have no access to passwords that have been entered, although they can be retrieved by you on request. It is important that only you have this information and that you keep login and password information in strict confidence. This is you, the site visitor’s responsibility. Retention of Title:<\/strong>
Legal ownership of products supplied shall remain with Aero Healthcare Limited until payment has been received in full and cleared funds by our bank.<\/p>\n
