Each has a \u2018yes\u2019, which guides you to the next question, or \u2018no\u2019 answer which determines priority (P1, P2 and P3) or Dead. Clinical instruction is highlighted in bold.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Walking \u2013 Yes = P3<\/li>\n<li>Severe bleeding \u2013 Yes \u2013 Pressure, Tourniquet, Packing = P1<\/li>\n<li>Talking \u2013 Yes \u2013 Penetrating injury (front or back) Yes = P1 \u2013 No = P2<\/li>\n<li>Breathing \u2013 open airway if able \u2013 Place in recovery position Yes = P1.
