Simply purchase a Heartsine AED through us!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 \u2013 The promoter is: Aero Healthcare whose registered office is at 616 Corporate Way, Suite 6, Valley Cottage, NY, 10989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 \u2013 The competition is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over who are existing or new approved Aero Healthcare distributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u2013 Purchase of a HeartSine AED through the promoter during the duration of the competition is required and automatic entry into the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 \u2013 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his\/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 \u2013 Each AED purchased qualifies for one entry into the draw to win the same type of AED as the serial number which they purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 \u2013 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason at the sole discretion of the promoter. Reasons for canceling or amending the competition may include but are not limited to catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 \u2013 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 \u2013 The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 \u2013 Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 \u2013 The winner will be notified by email and\/or DM on LinkedIn\/Facebook and\/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11 \u2013 The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected \/ is delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 \u2013 The promoter\u2019s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13 \u2013 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his\/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 \u2013 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15 \u2013 The winner agrees to the use of his\/her name and image in any marketing material, including video and pictorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
