Commercial Director

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Director at Aero Healthcare. You will be responsible leading our commercial strategy and drive business growth in the UK market. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, increase sales revenue, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and Implementing Commercial Strategy:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to capitalise on.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.

2. Sales and Business Development:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximise market penetration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

3. Marketing and Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse market data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

4. Market Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
  • Utilise market insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets to guide resource allocation and investment decisions.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international counterparts to leverage global resources and best practices.

6. Leadership and Team Development:

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
