This non-contact thermometer is well made and sturdy enough for clinical, pre-hospital or home use. Currently using these devices in an industrial workplace, screening employees and contractors entering the site. They are in constant use and seem durable, with no problems to date. I advise to ensure the thermometer has had a chance to acclimatise (up to 30mins) when changing from environments of significantly different temperatures. Another great Aero Product.
