Due to the impressive quality and number of submissions, we expanded the number of winners bringing the total prize pool to $80,000!
We’re excited to financially assist you with driving market growth, building awareness, and getting more AEDs into the hands of Australians. Together, we can expand the reach of AEDs and make a significant difference.
Please complete the form below upon completion of your activity, including the required supporting documentation. Ensure you provide a detailed breakdown of activities and costs associated with each activity that the funding will cover. Proposals, quotes, invoices or receipts much be provided as evidence. We will distribute winnings upon receiving the necessary proof of completion.
Ready, Set, Grow Campaign - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria
• Participation in the Aero Healthcare Customer Growth Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is open to all Aero Healthcare distributors who are in good standing and have an active account status as of August 15, 2024 or during the Campaign period.
• Distributors must submit a comprehensive marketing campaign proposal in accordance with the guidelines provided to be eligible for selection.
• Aero Healthcare reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants at any stage of the Campaign.
2. Proposal Submission Requirements
• All proposals must be submitted electronically via the designated online portal no later than 11:59 PM (local time) on September 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
• Each proposal must include a detailed campaign description, clearly defined objectives, target market identification, marketing strategies, budget breakdown, and a proposed timeline.
• Submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not adhere to the specified guidelines will be deemed ineligible.
3. Selection and Evaluation Process
• Submitted proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel composed of Aero Healthcare representatives. The evaluation process will be based on criteria including, but not limited to, innovation, feasibility, market targeting, anticipated impact, and the clarity of the implementation plan.
• Aero Healthcare reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the selection of recipients, and such decisions shall be final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection process.
4. Grant Disbursement
• Each of the ten (10) selected distributors will be awarded a grant of $5,000 (AUD) to support the execution of their proposed marketing campaign.
• Prior to the disbursement of funds, selected distributors must execute a Funding Agreement with Aero Healthcare, which will set forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the grant.
• Disbursement of funds shall be contingent upon the receipt and approval of a detailed budget breakdown. Aero Healthcare may, at its discretion, disburse funds in full or in installments, based on the specific terms agreed upon in the Funding Agreement.
5. Obligations of Selected Distributors
• Selected distributors are required to execute the approved marketing campaign within the specified period of October 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
• Distributors must submit periodic progress reports if asked by Aero Healthcare or its representatives and a final comprehensive report, documenting the use of funds, the execution of the campaign, and the outcomes achieved. These reports shall include supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, and evidence of campaign activities (e.g., digital ads, promotional materials, event photographs).
• Failure to adhere to these reporting requirements may result in the withholding of future funds and potential disqualification from future Aero Healthcare initiatives.
6. Compliance and Clawback Provisions
• Distributors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the execution of their marketing campaigns.
• Aero Healthcare reserves the right to audit the use of funds at any time. If it is determined that funds have been misused or not used in accordance with the Funding Agreement, Aero Healthcare reserves the right to demand the return of such funds (“Clawback”).
• Any distributor found to have misused funds or failed to comply with the terms of the Campaign may be barred from participating in future Aero Healthcare campaigns and funding opportunities.
7. Publicity and Confidentiality
• By participating in the Campaign, distributors grant Aero Healthcare the right to use their name, campaign details, and results for promotional and marketing purposes. Distributors may be asked to participate in additional promotional activities, including media interviews or case studies.
• All proposals and related materials submitted by distributors will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the distributor’s consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Aero Healthcare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or the use of the grant funds by the distributors.
• Distributors agree to indemnify and hold Aero Healthcare harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Campaign or the execution of their marketing campaigns.
9. Amendments and Modifications
• Aero Healthcare reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate these Terms & Conditions or the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any such amendments or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Aero Healthcare website or other forms of communication.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aero Healthcare is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Campaign
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
11. Truthfulness of Submission: The distributor confirms that all information provided in the application and supporting documents is truthful, accurate, and free from false or misleading statements. Falsification of information may lead to termination of the contract and potential legal action.
12. Aero Healthcare reserves the right to request supporting evidence for all expenditures related to the marketing campaign. This includes, but is not limited to, tax invoices, receipts, and any other appropriate documentation from the distributor or directly from the underlying third parties, as applicable, to validate and support the costs incurred.
