Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions

Effective from 1 August 2024, Aero Healthcare AU Pty Ltd (ABN 76 614 308 146) (Aero) is implementing a Trade-In Program (the “Program”). The Program entitles customers to a rebate when purchasing new AED devices from Aero, provided they trade in an existing AED device. This Program is available for a limited time and is subject to the terms outlined below.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Rebate Eligibility: Aero customers will receive a rebate for any purchase of new HeartSine AED devices made between 1 August 2024 and 30 November 2024 (or during such other period as advised by Aero).

  2. Trade-In Device Requirements: To qualify for the Rebate, the traded-in AED device (“Trade-In Unit”) must meet the following conditions: a. The device must be in working condition. b. The device model and serial number must be intact and legible.

  3. Submission of Trade-In Information: For each purchase order, customers must complete the AED trade-in register (the “Register”) with all required information by the conclusion of the Program on 30 November 2024 (or such other time as advised by Aero). Aero may request additional information relating to the purchase order, which must be provided within 7 days.

  4. Eligibility Criteria: If any purchase order in the Register is incomplete, missing information, or not submitted by the conclusion of the Program in accordance with the above terms, the purchase order will not be eligible for the Rebate.

  5. Collection and Storage of Trade-In Units: Customers must arrange, at their own cost, for the collection and storage of all Trade-In Units. Customers bear the risk for collecting and storing these units, which must be done safely and in accordance with all applicable standards and manuals.

  6. Post-Program Collection: Following the conclusion of the Program, Trade-In Units will be collected by Aero’s designated vendor from one location at an agreed time. Any Trade-In Unit not collected must be delivered to the vendor at the customer’s cost and risk within 30 days, failing which it will be considered ‘unreceived.’

  7. Audit and Rebate Payment: Aero and its vendor will audit the Trade-In Units, the Register, and the information provided following collection (“Audit”). Customers must promptly provide copies of purchase orders upon request for Aero’s assessment of eligibility. A Rebate is not available if: a. There is any inaccuracy in the information or Trade-In Unit provided. b. Any Trade-In Unit is missing or not received. c. Any Trade-In Unit does not comply with the Program conditions or does not otherwise qualify for the Program.

  8. Rebate Credit: Upon completion of the Audit, the Rebate will be issued in the form of a credit to the customer’s account with Aero within 45 days of notification.

  9. General Conditions: These terms are supplementary to any existing agreement between the customer and Aero. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any other agreement, these Program terms will prevail.
