For easy application, the large folded AeroWound™ Trauma Dressing is recommended for greater surface wounds and injuries. The AeroWound™ Trauma Dressing offers greater support for wounds that require compression and includes an extra absorbent wound pad as well as an elasticated bandage. As a perfect accompaniment for any first aid kit, the elastic trauma dressing means it can conform to any large wounds and follow the contours of the body. For bleed control, the plastic retention clip allows pressure to be applied in order to stem bleeds. It can be used to compress against an open wound to control bleeding as a folded bandage. This product aligns with RapidStop® Bleed Control Kits and Tourniquets, supporting casualties with serious surface wounds and bleeds. The dressing offers superior quality and comfort upon use, it is also classed as sterile. Its extra absorbent pad is recommended for major wounds, collecting body fluids and minimising dressing changes. Its supportive and comfortable design affords greater wound protection from foreign objects and bacteria, allowing the wound to heal. The AeroWound™ Trauma Dressing is ideal for any type of first aid kit, including individual kits. Thanks to the ease of application, it can be administered single-handed. Individual packs contain one folded dressing and retention clip, suitable for major wounds and bleeds. The minimum order quantity for this product is 1 unit.
