MINDRAY L2 Fully-Automatic Defibrillator is designed to guide responders through a cardiac emergency with clear visuals and minimal steps. It delivers shocks automatically when needed, reducing the need for complex decisions in stressful situations. A bright 4.3″ colour touchscreen presents simple prompts that are easy to follow, while the compact AED form suits public spaces, workplaces and mobile responders.

The 480 × 272 colour display combines on-screen animation with voice prompts and a metronome. This dual guidance helps responders see where to place pads, when to stand clear and how to perform compressions, while listening to the same instructions. Auto, Outdoor and Indoor brightness modes support readability in a wide range of environments, from brightly lit corridors to shaded outdoor locations.

During CPR, the device provides feedback on compression depth and rate within target ranges of 5–6 cm and 100–120 compressions per minute. This guidance is designed to help rescuers maintain consistent compressions throughout a resuscitation attempt. Compression rate is measured from the electrode pads, and can also be measured with the optional MR66 CPR sensor.

MINDRAY L2 operates as a pre-hospital automated external defibrillator. It offers up to 360 J escalating energy and is engineered with an effective charge time that is pre-charged during analysis, helping to minimise delay between analysis and shock delivery. A robust IP55 ingress rating and 1.5 m 6-surface drop rating support use in demanding environments where equipment may be exposed to dust, moisture and rough handling.

The device is part of the BeneHeart L Series, sharing a compact, portable footprint and a weight of 1.9 kg.
