How our First Aid Station can make all the difference during an on-site emergency
Published 18/02/2025
Provide a professional and easily accessible first response point for first aid and trauma care consumables, helping you meet your compliance obligations with ease. With a range of self-contained, injury-specific solutions – including a defibrillator housed in a remotely monitored Rotaid 24/7 heated cabinet, workplace first aid kit, bleed control kit, and eyewash station, among many other options – we can help configure the most suitable first aid station for your work environment.
Stay Compliant, Stay Protected
With a legal obligation to provide adequate first aid resources for employees and contractors, our mountable first aid station is ideal for on-site locations where first aid requirements are determined by work activities, injury risks, and the distance from emergency services to the incident site.

Customisable & Highly Visible
The weather-resistant backboard for your first aid station can be customised to any size and branded with your business’s logo and key messaging, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (First Aid) legislation while remaining highly visible to everyone on-site.
We strongly recommend the Rotaid 24/7 AED cabinet as its distinctive design and LED lighting ensures your AED is easily identifiable day and night, with online connectivity enabling remote monitoring from any device. All our premium workplace first aid kits comply with British Standard BS 8599-1 and can be included as part of a comprehensive first aid station.

Effortless Monitoring & Restocking
Another key benefit of a backboard-mounted first aid station is the ability to easily check and monitor expiry dates from a single location, ensuring convenience and allowing first aid supplies to be replenished efficiently.
Our Surefill™ solution offers convenience when restocking your first aid kit, especially if you manage multiple first aid points. It ensures workplace compliance is maintained, and expiry date management is simplified with a single expiry date, removing the burden of having to check individual items for compliance. Surefill™ Refill Packs are compatible with most of our AeroKit™ First Aid Kits that can feature as part of a First Aid Station.
Custom Backboards for your Customers
We can work together on a Smart First Aid Solution
Contact us if you’re a Distributor or Wholesaler as we can collaborate with you to develop a custom first aid station like the examples shown above for your client or for yourself. We can even create effective mock-up visuals so you’re able to present this to your client as part of a proposal presentation.
The backboards can be customisable to any size, can display any of our injury specific solutions and can effectively display your client’s logo, their corporate branding and key messaging. This not only reinforces your client’s brand on-site but also helps meet Health and Safety (First Aid) legislation requirements by clearly identifying first aid and trauma care provisions. We look forward to hearing from you.

Providing communities with Emergency Aid Stations for Lloyds Banking Group

We’re delighted to be collaborating with Lloyds Banking Group to install defibrillators in communities and branches across the UK as part of their defibrillator and bleed kit project. The first publicly accessible defibrillator and bleed kit was successfully launched at the Halifax branch in Walthamstow. The Emergency Aid Stations feature a wall-mounted, weatherproof backboard, branded with the respective bank’s identity and displaying key step-by-step instructions on how to use the defibrillator and bleed kit in an emergency.
Each of these custom-branded backboard stations will include a HeartSine® Samaritan® 500P Defibrillator, which we recommend as a technologically advanced, publicly accessible AED (Automated External Defibrillator). This device uniquely provides patient-specific CPR feedback through its CPR Advisor function. This portable defibrillator is housed in a Rotaid 24/7 connected cabinet, which comes with its own mobile internet connection for remote monitoring. It is also IP56-rated for water and dust resistance and IK10 impact-resistant for durability.
To assist casualties suffering from major haemorrhage due to a limb injury, a Bleed Control Kit is installed alongside the defibrillator. This kit includes our revolutionary RapidStop® tourniquet, along with trauma dressings and haemostatic dressings, all housed within a mounted metal kit cabinet. The award-winning RapidStop® Tourniquet utilises key technologies to enable rapid, intuitive, and easy one-handed self-application. It ensures full occlusion quickly and reliably, requiring only gross motor control, making self-application possible even with one hand.
The Lloyds Banking Group initiative is part of an initial 22-branch pilot scheme aimed at providing life-saving equipment to communities that lack nearby defibrillators. The long-term goal of this programme is to roll out these bespoke Emergency Aid Stations to many more Lloyds Group branches across the country.
Contact our sales team to discuss how we can provide a bespoke first aid station that’s accessible for your organisation and the wider local community.
