Product description
Included within our AeroRescue™ range, this Aluminium Foam Splint provides stability for all limbs, as well as the neck, to keep fractures and injuries supported. It's waterproof, latex free and reusable. It works in harmony with our AeroFix™ Strapping Tapes that offer support and comfort for casualties. This splint can be fastened in place with strapping tape in order to keep fractures or fragile limbs supported. Thanks to its design, the Splint is a very low-maintenance product as it is not affected by severe temperature changes or altitude pressures. After use, it can be wiped down with disinfectant and stored for use again. Built from a thin core of aluminium alloy sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam, the Splint can be bent into any of three simple curves, becoming extremely strong and supportive for fractured or injured limb. It is incredibly lightweight which makes it easy to carry within specialist first aid kits.
