Product Overview

The Lifepak® CR2 is a semi-automatic defibrillator designed to replace the CR Plus semi-automatic unit, providing critical support to first responders during sudden cardiac arrest. In this semi-automatic mode, the device analyzes the heart rhythm and advises the responder when a shock is required. The responder then manually delivers the shock by pressing a button, ensuring controlled and safe treatment.

Known for its efficiency, the Lifepak® CR2 is one of the fastest defibrillators available, rapidly analyzing heart rhythms to determine if a shock is necessary. This quick response can make a significant difference in improving survival rates during cardiac emergencies.

User-Friendly Design

The Lifepak® CR2 is designed with ease of use in mind, providing both pictorial and visual instructions to guide the operator through every step of defibrillation. It also offers CPR coaching, including a metronome to help maintain the correct compression rate during resuscitation. The unit is equipped with a convenient handle and strap, allowing for easy transport from storage to the scene of an emergency, along with a back compartment to store spare pads or First Aid equipment.

Long Battery and Pad Life

To minimize maintenance efforts, the Lifepak® CR2 comes with a 4-year battery and pad life, measured from the date of manufacture. This extended life span ensures the device remains ready for use with minimal upkeep.

Data Management

The Lifepak® CR2 also allows for efficient data management. Patient and event information can be transferred via USB to a PC, making it easy to document incidents and review data for post-event analysis, aiding in continuous improvement of response protocols.
